Ms. Youssef is responsible for strengthening Continuum Powders’ brand presence, enhancing customer engagement, and driving lead generation efforts for the next generation of sustainable metal powders. She employs her strategic foresight, innovative leadership, and relentless dedication to reshaping brands to rapidly boost Continuum Powders’ market share and corporate valuation.
Prior to Continuum, Renette served as Chief Marketing Officer at Velo3D, where she was responsible for quadrupling the company’s revenue and redefining market expansion strategies. With more than 15 years of experience in building successful technology brands, Renette is known for her strategic vision and deep expertise in transforming and maturing brands to reach new audiences and capture market share in emerging industries. She has previously elevated a tech brand's revenue to more than $100+ million.
Renette graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a degree in BA Communications (Marketing, PR & Professional Writing). When not driving growth and innovation at Continuum Powders, Renette enjoys exploring new cities, restaurants, and keeping fit.
